Goodbye RM 6 Hello RM 19

THE MOVE

Friday 16/9/16

I am so exited! It is my last day in room 6! All my emotions were bubbling in my stomach,happy emotions and sad emotions.

When I think of my teacher Mr. Corlett I always think of the number 6. But know he is the room 19 teacher!

But also I can’t wait till monday so I can watch and help set up the new classroom! I absolutley can’t wait!

The cough of doom

Monday 19/9/16

This is the worst day for me to wake up and feel my throught burst into flames, which is ecsactly what happened,It litteraly felt like my throat was in flame I had such a temprature and a sore throat that I could barley move,fine I might be a bit over dramatic but basicaly it hurt. “Come on Mum I am Fine please let me go to school! I just HAVE to watch and help room 19 be set up!PLEASE” I say coughing after every word I say.

“Anais, it is obvious you are sick and can not go to school”. My mum said. I know my mum is right because if I went to school I would be back home or in the sick bay, but I just want to go to school so badly. Any way so that is the story I did not go to school intil wednesday!

Back again

Wednesday 21/9/16

So I am finally back in school again. And every one knows were every thing is so there is to be no watching no helping and certenly no games.

But you know what who cares

School is fun in it’s own special way!

Today i learnt

that the brain uses over a quarter of the oxygen the whole body does

your heart beats around 100000 times a day, 36500000 times a year and over a billion times if you have lived over 30!

infants blink only once or twice a minute when adults blink around 10 times!

The house on the top of the hill/book review

This story is of a man called Benjamin Boggle who is very grumpy he lives on the top of the hill away from the village. One day his house blows down because it is old and he made it (he is not a very good builder!) Then the village helps him and he becomes happy. He still lives on the hill but every Saturday he goes and visits his friend and every Sunday they come visit him. I rate this book a

my book review(DORK DIARYS)

Dork Diarys is a book by Renne Russle and it is about a girl called Nikki who is living her normal teenage life and she is a complete DORK, she writes in a diary which is what the book is about. She has a bully called Macensie who every one likes but she is really mean. and a high school crush called Brandon

THE LIFE POEM

The Life Poem

Every life starts as a seed,

Than grows into something bigger.

But it changes when you find the key,

And you pull the trigger.

Your family get upset when you grow fast,

Because they look at the lovely memories of the past. Never be afraid to show how you shine, Don’t forget to cross the line.

This poem is short because I am running out of time, but at least I know how to rhyme!

Today I Learnt

today i learnt that good things have good outcomes. Like when i did a whole page of Maori picture dictionary and i got a gotcha and sticker and extra feedback from Mr Corlett
