Lights out!!

When I was 4 me and my brother were getting ready for bed. After I finished brushing my teeth I got into bed,because I was little I slept with a lamp on all night. Outside my door as a joke My brother locked the door from the outside so I could not get out! Across the road are neighbour oak tree was getting cut down, so suddenly it broke! The oak tree broke the electrisity cables and the whole towns lights went off. Inside my lamp suddenly turned off. I flicked the switch up and down and up and down but nothing. I tried the door but obviously it was locked. “AHHHHHHHHH!!!!”

I screamed. Quickly my mum came and unlocked the door. I told her what my brother did. She told my brother off and then we all went outside to look at what happened. We saw the oak tree and the electrisity cables. Finally we went back inside. I sleped with a torch and everyone else was fine in the dark.
