The monster who lived under the bridge

Once upon a time there where twins called brooklynn and Quinn. They loved the book about the three billy goats and the monster that tried to eat them. If I ever meet a monster like that I would slay it with a sword said Brooklynn. Yeah but it’s a story so we can’t said Quinn. The boys decided to go to the park. When they got there they found a old bridge. Let’s walk across it said Brooklynn. Okay said Quinn. Brooklynn went first since he was the bravest. When he got across Quinn went. It could break said Quinn and you know I am the smartest so I know.

Well I got across said Brooklynn. So Quinn went, suddenly he got sucked into the water. I will save you said  brooklynn. So Brooklynn grabbed a big stick and leaped into the water. He hit the monster until it drowned he then grabbed Quinn and pulled him out. Thanks said Quinn.

No problem said Brooklynn. So they went home and told there parents all about what happened. The end.

Whareroa Farm

RRRRIIIINNNNGGGG!!!!
Goes my alarm clock. I jump out of bed and throw on my warmest clothes. Todays our school trip to Whareroa Farm. I run down the hallway and eat my breakfast than I grab my bag and gumboots and go to school, when I get to school we get on the bus and go to the farm.

 First we walk up a hill. When we get to the top we talk about the river. Next we do bug studies. First we go down to the river with our partners (Mine was Nikki) and we catch the bugs in the net. Then we got back and looked at them with a magnifying glass.Then we had lunch (YYYUUUMMM!!!) I was really hungry.

Next we went into the forest and saw a dead cat next to a trap. I was so upset I was literally crying. Next we did orienteering, I was partners with Indica, We climbed up a big hill and Mr. Corlett kept falling over!
After we got back we got on the bus and went back to school.
